I apologize for forgetting their names, but the guy who took us on his bus from Downtown Seattle was great! He has an incredible singing voice, and the lady who guided us at the actual factory was also topnotch! Some people were taken back by her ability to take control of the group, but it was appropriate since there were several very rude, talkative, loud, and obnoxious tourists.
