In mid-November, I received a random text message directly from the carriage driver (not Viator) asking if I could move the ride to 5:00 PM because the original time was no longer available. I agreed, assuming Viator would send an updated confirmation or ticket, as they did originally. They never did. On December 23, I received a “final confirmation” from Viator with a link to my tickets, which still clearly showed the original 4:20 PM time. Based on that official…”
